Hello,
Welcome to the Two-Hundred-Twenty-Fith edition of Tech Tuesday, a weekly email/newsletter where Tech Ops will provide you with new ideas, procedures, tools, and anything new to help you in the field.
AE Tools Ticketing
All account managers have now been added in to the AE Tools ticketing system.
• You should have received an email that looks like this:
• Follow the Login link and enter the credentials from the email:
• Once logged in, you'll be able to set a permanent password:
• After you set your permanent password, you'll be able to use the ticketing system.
• If you missed the email, you can go straight to https://aetools.collabtic.com/
How To Use
1. Navigate to https://aetools.collabtic.com
2. Click + NEW > Support Request
3. Fill out the following information:
• Customer Shop SR# - Leave blank
• Customer Details - Car Keys Express (ID# 29058)
• Contact Details - Your name/email address
• Appointment Time - Current time
• Category - Scan Tool
• Tool Type - Hardware or Software
• Tool Name - Affected Product
• Customer Shop Technician - Your Name/Email Address
• Customer Concern - Describe your issue clearly and professionally and include your phone number
4. Click Create SR to submit the request
Appropriate Use
The AE Tools ticketing system is only to be used for the following:
To resolve issues with software purchased through AE Tools
• Nissan Consult III
• Nissan Consult 4
• Witech
To resolve issues with hardware purchased through AE Tools
• AEZ Flasher 3
• GM MDI2
• Mopar MDP
• Nissan VI3
SmartPro: REMINDER
Regularly updating your SmartPro is the most critical step in maintaining your device. You should update individual modules every other day and perform a full software update once a week, at minimum.
