Purpose

To serve as instructions for invoicing key originations, vehicleprogramming, pin codes, andun-invoiced NASTF transactions.

Summary

To streamline the origination processand reduce confusionin the field. This will allow Account Managers to have a consistent processfor invoicing and allow to reconcile originations across Internal, NASTF, and credit card transactions.

Personnel Qualifications

Any employee who has obtainedtheir LSID can perform these tasks.

Procedural Steps

Obtain a Key Code:

In order to do this, you will first need to obtainthe VIN from the vehicle.

●    Navigate to the “Key Code Purchase Links”page in internal

●    Click on the correct link

●     You are now on the OEM website (Somerequire you to create an account. For all others you will be required to provide anLSID # and LSID password)

Begin the Origination Process

●    Turn on the Origination machine(Keyline Cutting Machine)

●    Choose “Cars”

●    Select the make of the car, use the scrollbar or type in to make a selection.

●    Select the model.

●    Select the year with the correct keycode.

●    Select “Codes” and enter the code exactlyas you received it.

●    Pull a blank from your inventory.

●    Insert the key blank on the designated jaw and cut.

●    Use your Cuttingmachine to brush off any metal shavingfrom the key after cutting

Invoicing

Follow all guidelines set forth in the InvoiceSOP. Choose one of the following SKUs:

SKUs

CKE ORIGINATION:

●     Must be added to an invoicealong with the associated product(s) every time a key is originated and NASTF/LSID securityinformation is used.

●     Replaces both CKE ORIGINATION EXPRESS and CKE ORIGINATIONPRIORITY

NOTE: In the event that the key code is supplied by the customerand no NASTF transaction takes place this sku is not to be used.

PIN CODE PROGRAMMING:

●     Must be used any time you use NASTF/LSID to obtain securityinformation for a vehicle programming pin code.

●     It does not countas a piece.

NOTE: Thisdoes not need to be added when both the keycode and the programming pin are providedfrom the OEM at the same time. For example,for CDJ origination and programming you would only need to use the CKEORIGINATION SKU.

NASTF AUTHORIZATION:

●     Must be added to an invoicewhen NASTF credentials are used to obtain a key code or programming pin and the keycode did not work, or you are unable to program the key.

●     Priced at $0.00

●    It does not count as a piece.

●    This is not to be used in any othercircumstance.

FORD NASTF:

●     Must be added to any invoicewhen NASTF credentials are used to programa FORD SKU when using the Smartpro. The Smartpro is linked to SDRM and willshow on your dashboard. Using this SKU will automatically associate therequired D1 NASTF information.

●     Priced at $0.00

●    This SKU does NOT countas a piece.

●    This SKU is not to be used in any other circumstance.

KEYCODE GENERATED:

●     Must be added to any invoicewhen you use the providedtools to remove adoor lock cylinder to retrieve the vehicle key code.

●     Priced at $49.90

●    This SKU does count as a piece.

●    This SKU is not to be used in any other circumstance.

●  

LOCKDECODE SERVICE:

●     Must be added to any invoicewhen you use LISHI tools to decode thevehicle's door lock to retrieve the vehicle's key code.

●     Priced at $49.90

●    Additional $10 compensation for AM’s when this is used.

●    This SKU does count as a piece.

●    This SKU is not to be used in any other circumstance.

LOCKOUT SERVICE:

●     Must be added to any invoicewhen you use the providedtools to gain access to any locked vehicle.

●     Priced at $49.90

●    This SKU does count as a piece.

●    This SKU is not to be used in any other circumstance.

Any account withspecial origination pricing should be invoiced withthe CKE ORIGINATION SKU and will have pricing automatically adjusted on the invoice. DISPATCH ORIGINATION will be replaced with CKE ORIGINATION (billed at $0).

NASTF Authorization

Since you used your NASTF LSID to obtaina key code you must be sure to fill out the NASTFAuthorization Form according to guidelines set forth in the NASTF LSID SOP.

**All NASTF transactions must reconcile to an invoicein internal**

Failure to adhereto any aspect of this policy may result in reimbursement to the companyfor charges incurred and could result in disciplinary action up to andincluding termination.
