When you get a communication error while attempting to use the programmer there can be multiple reasons that are casuing the issue:
- The Wi-Fi/Cell Service is not strong enough to carry the data
- Your Bluetooth connection is not paired correctly.
- The application needs to be updated
- The device is not securely placed into the OBDII Port on your vehicle
- The vehicle may have an issue that is limiting the programmers access to the vehicles control module
- The programmer may have a software concern/issue.
