Hyundai/Kia
You do not need to program most keys, only remotes. (Only cars that have transponder systems need key programming. Also Canadian built cars come with a transponder key. Recommended to clone these keys)
-
Remotes:
Go To System Types (memorize these and it will take you 30 seconds to program the remote)
Remote type 1: 2008 - 2012
Remote type 13: 2012-2015
Remote type 19: 2016-2020.
Smart key: Needs pin: 2015 and below can be pulled via XHorse. 2015 and up pull pin via smart pro. IF the pin will not pull, the car will not program. (Sometimes after pulling the pin code the car will get stuck in programming mode. The way you can tell is if the customer's fob won't lock or unlock. If that is the case. All you have to do is disconnect the negative battery cable and then reconnect it. If this step is not done you won't be able to program any keys)
