Hello Security Professionals,

We have made changesto the Security Professional account, We are now using a Pay Per Keycodemodel.

You will be provided1 free keycode when you purchase a Security Professional account or if you renew and existingaccount.

To purchaseKeycode Credits please follow these instructions.

1.      Login to your Toyota Security Professional Account.

2.      Open the Security Tab.

3.      

4.      This will open a popup window to purchase Keycodes.

NOTE: If you don’t see the popup window, your browser might be blocking it.

5.      Fill in the requiredinformation and click “Submit”.

6.      Fill in the required information and click “Process Order Now”.

7.       You will see a successfultransaction screen with the number of Keycodes purchased. Close this window.

NOTE: If your account does not show the keycodes that you purchased, refresh your screen.

8.      Use your LSID to loginand retrieve Keycodes.

NOTE: Every time you retrieve a Keycode you use one of your Keycode credits.

You can now check to see if Toyota has a Keycode for a specific VINwithout a Techinfoaccount.

On the Techinfohome page go to the “Keycode Check” tab and enter your LSID, Passcode, and VIN. Click “Ok” and you will see a Yes or No response.

NOTE: Toyota recordskeycode information at the time of manufacturing. Toyota is not responsible if the lock cylindershave been change, the keycode information is incorrect, or the keycode information is missing.
