Mazda Software
All Account Managers are authorized to access the Mazda OEM software (MDARS) with the AEZ Flasher, and are approved to purchase the 72-hour programming subscription as needed.
Below, you will find the setup and programming instructions for your reference.
Step 1:
Create an account on this website: Mazda Service Info
• The email address used to create an account cannot exceed 20 characters.
• If your CKE email address is too long, just create a new personal Gmail account.
Step 2:
Once the account is set up, or if you already have an account, purchase the 72-hour subscription here: MDARS Info
Please DO NOT purchase the annual subscription.
Step 3:
This subscription will give you access to download and use the MDARS software. After this initial subscription expires, please continue to purchase the 72-hour subscription as needed.
Step 4:
Once the subscription is purchased, see the MDARS Download and Installation Instructions link below.

* When downloading the MDARS installer, Chrome may block the download and give you an error message that says “This file is deceptive and may make unexpected changes to your device”. This is very common and it is nothing to worry about. To work around this, do the following:
In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Security, and under Safe Browsing, choose No Protection and re-download the installer. After the download is complete, you can change the Safe Browsing settings.
If you require any assistance or have any questions, please submit a ticket with Tech Ops.
SmartPro: REMINDER
Regularly updating your SmartPro is the most critical step in maintaining your device. You should update individual modules every other day and perform a full software update once a week, at minimum.
