    • Keys – Smart pro will pull old pin and new pin, try old pin first, if that doesn't work, then try new pin.

      • If no pin is pulled, try to start the car with a new key. The car most likely does not need a chip key in this case.

    • Combo key: always program remote first before cutting, follow smart pro.

    • Smart Key:

      • MAKE SURE TO TAKE OUT THE BATTERY FROM THE ORIGINAL FOB AND TEST IT IN THE PAIRING SLOT. MAKE SURE THE CAR STARTS WITHOUT THE BATTERY. IF THE CAR DOES NOT START. DO NOT CONTINUE WITH PROGRAMING. IF CAR STARTS YOU CAN PROCEED. 

      • Match FCC ID on both keys, follow smart pro, make sure immobilizer light flashes 5 times after programming. (If car beeps multiple times and doesn't turn on, that means key is locked or you are using a wrong key)

      • Do not program keys that have more buttons compared to customers keys. We can only go down in buttons, not up. Otherwise it will give an error on the instrument cluster. 

    • WE CANNOT DO NISSAN ROGUES 2014-2016 SMART KEYS the computer on those cars can be faulty and might fry and the car will become immobilized.
